I lead qualitative and quantitative research to understand user and business needs and design services, experiences and products that address these needs. My experience spans both private and public sectors.

I like to solve complex challenges, create order out of chaos, and design solutions that are relevant, ethical and sustainable. You can check out some of my work here.

Colleagues describe me as a quick learner and good communicator who brings positive energy to the team. I balance a down-to-earth approach with a commitment to getting things done well. My work is rooted in accessibility and user-centered design, developed through experience with diverse projects.
